With this project I wanted to create something that celebrated season 2 of The Mandalorian. This specific piece was focused on the new/returning characters within the series; Boba Fett, Bo Katan, Ashoka Tano, Cobb Vanth and of course, Slave 1. 

Originally, this poster had Moff Gideon holding the Dark Saber in the place of Slave 1, but I just couldn't get the composition correct. Over the course of the project, I needed something to replace Moff Gideon and Slave 1 was exactly that piece. The ship itself is as much of a character as Boba Fett is so it felt very fitting to place it alongside all the other returning characters.

This piece was created using Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop.

 

Once I completed this project, I completely moved onto photoshop and paint directly on there.
